Patient Drives

When attending an on site patient drive, you will have a Dr visit with a state certified Dr to obtain your medical recommendation. You also have the option of obtaining assistance with your OMMA application including the required picture. To see the Dr and get your recomendation, it will be $30. To see the Dr and receive application assistance including your picture, it will be $45. This does not include the state fee. The state fee must be paid within 30 days of the Dr recommendation date. The state fee is $22.50 for Soonercare, Medicaid or Medicare recipients as well as 100% disabled veterans. It is $104.30 for all others. 

We accept Cashapp payments as well as cash the day of the patient drive. We also accept credit/debit card payments with a $2 processing fee. Text 405-367-8606 or email support@integritypatientservices.com for an invoice if you would like to pay by credit/debit card in advance.

If you are a renewal, senior citizen over 60 or a veteran, please apply a $5 discount to your application assistance(does not apply if you are just seeing the Dr). If you are suffering from a terminal illness, we will do your application assistance for free. You must let us know before submitting payment in order to receive your discount. 

If you will be receiving application assistance, please make sure that you bring

•  A valid state issued id , drivers license or tribal ID. If you do not have one, you may use a Passport along with a current lease, deed or utility bill. 
• If you have Soonercare, Medicaid or Medicare you need the card or a screenshot of your online eligibility. 
• If you are 100% disabled vet you need the award letter dated within last 6 months.

**If you do not have one of the required items, you can still come to the drive but you will not be able to submit your application to the state until you have the items & you will have 30 days to obtain them**

**Renewals must have access to the original email address you applied under. If you do not know what the email was or no longer have access to it, you will need to contact OMMA before attending the patient drive to get it resolved. OMMA can be reached at 405-522-OMMA. 

*If your card is expired or will expire in less than 14 business days, you will just apply as a new patient per OMMA.
